Pinky Dahling offers a unique dish of authentic Gujarati home cooked mung bean dahl with Steamed organic basmati rice, a salsa style Indian salad made with tomatoes, red onion and cucumber and a plant based yoghurt raita. Pinky uses organic ingredients where possible. Her food is plant based and gluten free and she uses commercially compostable packaging. Pinky offers a delivery service for her Dahl every Thursday evening in Colchester and surrounding areas. She is also available for private events serving her much loved mung bean dahl.
