The Jephson occupies three Victorian mansions originally built in the 19th century. The Hotel is set within a walking distance from The Parade in Royal Leamington Spa town centre, and has 65 well-appointed and individually styled bedrooms, as well as well stocked bar, restaurant serving all time favourite, traditional English dishes and seven fully equipped function rooms, available for all types of events.
