Kirkby House was built in 1790 and was originally a large farm house. "Kirkby House Farm" and provided much of the food for Mallory Park Mannor, the stately home once sited in the grounds of Mallory Park. The Manor House has now gone and been replaced by a race track which bears its name. Kirkby House now over 200 years later providing good home cooked food to the residents of leicestershire.
