The Castle Inn Chiddingstone
About
The Castle Inn is a privately owned 15th Century village Inn, situated in the stunning Tudor village of Chiddingstone, West Kent, right next door to the famous Chiddingstone Castle and opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. Recently benefiting from refurbishment and under new ownership, this beating heart of the village provides a genuine warm welcome. Lunches are home cooked from locally-sourced produce and there is a wide selection of excellently kept beers, including Larkins, the brewery along the road. The village is immersed with history and surrounded by beautiful walks and stunning views across the Weald, including the famous Chiding Stone found just behind the Inn. Situated between Hever Castle and Penshurst, we are an ideal location to stop off for lunch and refreshment. We love meeting and talking with our customers and very much look forward to meeting you when you visit us in this very special place.
