Located only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Warren and Harbour beaches, and less than 10 minutes walk from the popular seaside village of Abersoch, with its many restaurants, shops and pubs. Anhywel is the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful Llyn Peninsula and all it has to offer. The property doesn't disappoint either. Sleeping 12 (+1 on request), with 4 bathrooms, it is a modern and spacious detached house, enjoying stunning sea views and large wraparound gardens with a 7-seater hot tub. After a day at the beach, you can shower off the sand using the outside shower, and then relax in the hot tub or you have a choice of sun-trap patios from which to enjoy a sundowner, followed by al-fresco dining on the front patio to take advantage of the wonderful sea views. In the house, Anhywel offers all you'll need for your holiday. A large kitchen/diner and separate utility room provides everything needed to cook up a storm and enjoy meals together around the dining table, where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views through the impressive 5m glass sliding doors. There are two sitting areas to chill out in - a large sitting room downstairs, a great place to curl up in front of the electric wood burner effect fire with a good book or sit together and watch a movie, and an upstairs open sitting area benefitting from beautiful sea views - perfect for enjoying an evening drink! The bedrooms are all spacious and benefit from lovely sea or garden views. The two large triple bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a double and a single bed (upon request, one can accommodate an additional single bed). There is also a large bathroom upstairs from where you can enjoy amazing sea views whilst showering! Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms - two large doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, the other located directly next to a shower room with double shower - and a twin bedroom (upon request this can be set up as a king). There is also an additional bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedding, towels and bath mats are included at no additional cost. Outside, there is plenty of parking, with space for 4/5 cars, and mature, fully enclosed, gardens with the two patio areas being accessed directly from the dining area and kitchen - perfect for al-fresco living! There is also an additional, partially covered, patio with the hot tub and seating. With outside lighting and a heat lamp, this area can be enjoyed into the evening. We're not forgetting your 4 legged friends either - Anhywel is a dog-friendly property, allowing up to 2 dogs for an additional charge. Additional dogs will be considered upon request.
