Bistrot Max sees the return of Robin & Terri Hunter after taking a year away from the industry. Set in an old iron forge in Tutbury Mill Mews, just off the Georgian High Street, The Bistrot is intimate and elegant. Taking its inspiration from many backstreet Bistrot's in the heart of Paris. There's a strong emphasis on fresh fish sourced from all around the UK's coastal waters and a solid link with French culinary methods with modern twists. Serving interesting Breakfast from 9am. Delicious Lunches 12 noon until 2:30pm and open one evening a week on a Friday. Booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Fully stocked Cocktail Bar, Fine Wines and Bottled Beers available throughout the day.
