Please note, this is NOT the Hub Cafe in the courtyard. We are a separate charitable trust. All income raised will be put back into the preservation and maintenance of the furnace building and country park. Our seasonal tea room serves drinks, cakes, and ice creams throughout the spring and summer. Take a seat outside our 200-year-old blast furnace on one of our picnic benches next to the Ashby canal and watch the barge taking visitors on trips. This is the perfect location to enjoy an afternoon tea or stop off during a walk whilst exploring the heart of the National Forest.
