The Black Boy Inn has been completely refurbished in January 2018. It's near to the River Severn on the opposite bank to the town not far from the Severn Valley Railway station, and was at one time a 15th century coaching inn named after its Royalist connections in the Civil War. A great place for friends to gather! With food served during the day and evening and a private dining facility it is the perfect place for any occasion - with anniversaries, christenings and funerals all catered for. The restaurant offers exceptional menus from A La Carte, popular classics, sandwiches and our specials menu, all of which are homemade and cooked fresh to order. It's usually worth booking at weekends to be sure of a table.
