All rooms en-suite room with river views, gardens going down to the river Annan just 3 miles of the moterway M74 junction 18 Lockerbie junction , and junstion 17 going south , 12 miles to Dumfries a good to stop off when you are travling north and south, or just enjoying the south west of Scotland , for cyling, walking, fishing, or taking time out to enjoy the wild life from birds to otter and lots of red squirrels running around the garden is all here guests can see otters playing in the river , Herons , dippers , for you to see and enjoy, we have deck house over looking the river to sit by the river even when it raining last year we have 2 baby owls born in the owl box , this year guest have seen 2 young deers and mother , all rooms have tea and coffee and a fridge in all rooms with fresh milk and water
