Set in a peaceful & rural location, Parkmill Cottage is located four miles outside St. Andrews & is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Set on eight acres of land, our two bedroom Cottage is the perfect country escape. Enter by a hallway which gives access to the living room and two bedrooms - one double and one twin. The Living Room has a beautiful wood-burning stove. There is a TV and CD player and a handful of DVDs and CDs for you to use. The Living Room also accommodates a table which sits four guests. Door leads to The Kitchen. The Kitchen is well kitted out with everything you need for your stay - hob, oven, fridge, and microwave. A washing machine is also available. The bedrooms, one double and one twin, each have wardrobes. The toilet is separate from the bath/shower room and situated off The Kitchen. A stable door leads to the small outside garden area which is exclusive to Cottage guests. There is also a large wild forested area for you to explore. Although sleeps 4, Mill Cottage might be a tight squeeze for four adults. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions before booking.
