Enjoy a hearty meal in our cosy bar or a la carte dining in our elegant restaurant. Using fresh, seasonal produce from Scotland's natural larder is at the heart of what we do. From local wild game and Aberdeen Angus beef to locally grown vegetables, freshly dug from the polytunnel garden, our chefs create flavourful dishes showcasing the best ingredients our region has to offer. Our wine list has been carefully selected by our expert wine merchants. Locally brewed ales from Redcastle Brewery of Arbroath, locally distilled Ogilvy potato vodka and local flavoured gins from The Gin Bothy form part of the offering from our well stocked bar, along with a fine selection of Scottish malt whiskies. And our Royal Deeside Roaring Stag coffee, traditionally roasted in the mountain air of the nearby Cairngorms, is sure to be the perfect finish to your meal.
