The Bridge is a Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of St Andrews. Taking inspiration from the rugged shorelines and rolling hills of Italy, southern France and Spain, our seasonal menus are designed to transport diners to sunnier climes. Led by executive chef Derek Johnstone and Head Chef Francesco Boto, we use the finest ingredients from our network of producers to create charming, authentic dishes with an informal simplicity.
