Nestled just 150 metres from the sandy shore and a short stroll from Bexhill‑on‑Sea’s bustling town centre, the boutique property is a hidden gem between Eastbourne and Hastings. Each of our stylish rooms retains historic period features while offering the comforts of contemporary design – plush white linens, feather duvets, flat‑screen TV, and free Wi‑Fi. Breakfast is served from an award‑winning menu and is included with every rate. Our two‑bedroom rooms and the cosy lounge‑style accommodation provide an intimate setting that’s perfect for couples, honeymooners or small families seeking a romantic seaside retreat. Rooms are air‑conditioned, feature en‑suite bathrooms with either a combined bath/shower or full shower, and the property is strictly no‑smoking & non‑pet friendly. Children under five can’t be accommodated. Check‑in is from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm – with prior arrangement you may pre‑arrange later times – and check‑out is at 10:30 am. We ask for debit card details at booking time to cover the reservation cost should you cancel within 48 hours or fail to keep the booking; no deposits are collected. All rates include breakfast and come with free Wi‑Fi access throughout the property.
