56 North is Scotland's oldest gin bar and home to a working distillery making South Loch Gin. Experts in all things gin, have fun learning more about your favourite spirit with our guided tastings. Scottish gin and cheeses takes you on a journey around different Scottish gin styles paired with a delicious cheese board. Our Gin distillery tasting will teach you how our gin is made on our beautiful copper pot stills. Try three gins made in our South Loch Gin distillery before enjoying a South Loch Gin cocktail. If you want to continue sampling, 56 North's bar stocks over 400 gins for you to try. Contact us for private bookings for events and celebrations. Other things to note: Our tasting room is down a set of stairs in our old town building so sadly isn't accessible to wheelchair users.
