Ciao and welcome to Æmilia! The story of Æmilia starts at home, during April 2020. Having both worked in hospitality for over 10 years, lockdown meant that we missed the joy of cooking and serving the simple pleasure of food. However, we found ourselves with another problem: we kept making more pasta than we could eat! That is when we decided to open up our little kitchen and started sharing our pasta dishes with the lovely people of East Lothian and Edinburgh. They say all roads lead to Rome but what good is a road trip without a few stops along the way? Take the scenic route and you will find Emilia-Romagna, a region in Italy rich with culture, food and wine.
