Alex Bakes by Breadshare offers healthy, fresh and organic bread made in Edinburgh. We also have a fresh selection of salads, sandwiches, pastries, cakes & bakes daily plus a big selection of homemade packaged goods, like our customers favourite - oatcakes! We also sell a range of ethical gifts & merch. Half of the shop is dedicated to workshop space, with a range of monthly workshops.
