Ciao Roma is a family run Italian restaurant situated in the heart of Edinburgh. Inspired by the endless fresh delicacies prepared by Nonna, Ciao Roma aims to bring a little slice of rural Italy to Edinburgh. Family run since 1990, Ciao Roma has made its reputation serving delicious, authentic Italian food. Established by two brothers, Franco and Fabio Martone, simple, fresh, quality produce is at the heart of every recipe. They lovingly combine this to experiment with classic Italian dishes, never afraid to make bold creative choices such as their Haggis Ravioli with whisky cream sauce. All their finest quality, home-made, traditional artisan pasta is produced on site at Ciao Roma as is their multiple award winning ice cream.
