Welcome to Down the Hatch - EDINBURGH!<br /><br />We are a diner focusing on diner style food with big flavour, fresh ingredients, huge taste and all things Canadian!! <br /><br />Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted from 8pm onwards. <br /><br />We have a 10 minute grace period for your booking. Please give us a call if you are running late for your booking.<br /><br />Your table will be booked for 1 hour 15 minutes for bookings of up to 6 people; and 1 hour 45 minutes for bookings of 7+.<br /><br />We have a limited number of outside tables. These are not bookable at the moment and are on a first come, first served basis.<br /><br />Last bookings are 9.15pm as our kitchen closes at 9.45pm, 7 days a week. <br /><br />Please call for any more information.<br /><br />
