NILGIRI SPICE South Indian Restauratnt is a collaboration between one of Edinburgh’s greatest South Indian chefs, A Kumar, and one of its South Indian restaurateurs, Mr. MK. Mr. A Kumar and Mr. MK, are Indian’s by birth but adopted Edinburgh as their home since more than a decade! These guys long ago heard an inner voice urging them to bring better and authentic taste of south India to the people of Edinburgh. All fans of the South Indian cuisine in Edinburgh will be able to enjoy the tasty menu of Chef Kumar, who applies superb techniques and combinations that have stood the test of time in Mezbaan South Indian Restaurant for more than a decade. Nigiri Spice builds on familiar South Indian offerings including Dosas, Idli etc and some exclusive chef’s special cuisine and elevates them to something extraordinary with a matching stock of Wines, Beer and Spirit that suits the spicy nature of our cuisine with BYOB if needs.
