Benefitting from state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems as well as fully flexible modular staging, the kitchen team in The Stables strives to interpret each client's individual requirements, and deliver what is now widely recognised as the finest banqueting food in Scotland. Their approach is entirely bespoke, tailoring menus to meet the specific requirements of both client and occasion.
