For a memorable visit to Exeter, we are a superb base close to all that the city has to offer. We are located within easy walking distance to both train stations, the Cathedral and University. A short train ride or drive to local beaches, we are ideal for short breaks, visiting friends, attending conferences at the University, business trips or as a base from which to explore the beautiful Southwest. Housed within a Grade II listed building, our rooms are not totally soundproof, each of our bedrooms hold their own rustic charm. Please note our rooms are spread over 4 floors and we do not have a lift. We offer single beds, twin beds, king beds, and family rooms; both ensuite and with shared bathrooms. During your stay, we want you to be as comfortable as possible, All rooms have flat screen TV’s, free high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, complimentary hospitality tray and all designed with your comfort in mind. We offer complimentary bean-to-cup coffee in the lounge.
