The Half Moon Inn is a sixteenth century, Grade Two listed historic fishing inn, which dates back to 1540. Nestled in the heart of the traditional, unspoilt Devon village of Sheepwash, and overlooking the Torridge Valley, our inn is located in some of the most picturesque countryside you’ll ever find. With delicious home-cooked food and a well-stocked bar, The Half Moon Inn is well-known locally and further afield for the quality of our hospitality. We are also renowned for our links with local fishing and country sports. The cuisine at The Half Moon Inn is traditional, freshly-cooked and prepared from local produce. Our large and comfortable restaurant can seat up to fifty people, and we offer a wide choice of quality wines. We pride ourselves on our friendly, yet unobtrusive service, and we are always on hand to ensure that your meal is a memorable one.
