For nearly 500 years we have been committed to working with our valley and its seasons, using our passion, dedication, understanding and expertise to craft great cheese from the very best milk produced from our land. Our time-honoured methods, passed down through the generations, create our world-class, award-winning cheddar. We’re passionate about what we do, and we love to share that passion.
