Welcome to Route 2 Cafe and Apartments. This licensed eco-cafe, formerly the Steam Packet Inn, offers an alternative eating and drinking venue that appeals to young and not-so-young alike. However you reach us -- by bike, foot, car, or boat -- Route 2 is open from 8am every day. Join us for the famous Route 2 breakfasts, for morning coffee, lunches freshly prepared from locally sourced foods, fabulous Devon cream teas, as well as excellent local drinks, from tea, coffee and juices to a pint of local ale or a glass or bottle of superb wine. Closing time is 5pm Monday to Sunday. On events nights we close later.
