The Barn Owl is a charming 300 year old farmhouse. This Inn offers a fantastic atmosphere to enjoy a meal and drink. It is located on the outskirts of the English Riviera, midway between Torquay and Newton Abbot, making it ideally situated for you to enjoy the many attractions the area has to offer. Our redevelopment saw the Inn become being restored to it's former glory showing off it's charm. The Barn Owl serves a great selection of traditional English Fayre which on sunny days and warm nights can also be enjoyed alfresco-style in the garden. The ancient market town of Newton Abbot is just a couple of miles away, as is the English Riviera and the three resorts of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. If you are keen on horse racing, Newton Abbot has its own racecourse and it is only a short but pretty car ride to the Dartmoor National Park which you can incorporate en route with a visit to Stover Park.
