Situated in Lyndhurst Road, an attractive, much sought after, back water within close proximity of Exmouth town centre, Exmouth Seafront, the train station, local amenities and attractions, eateries, bus stops and nearby cycle path to Exeter. The Edwardian property was built in 1910 and has been lovingly renovated to the highest quality and specification to create smart and luxurious accommodation.
