Underhill Cottage is a delightful 300 year old Devonshire cob built cottage situated in the heart of the village near to the local pub in a beautiful part of the English countryside. The guest room has a comfortable double bed, ample storage space with tea and coffee making facilities. The room has original features, including hard wood floor and timber beams. Underhill cottage is nestled into the hill side, with a garden stretching up in terraces to the rear. It has a suntrap, with a Barbeque and fish pond, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and lawn with seating overlooking the valley. Combeinteignhead is an attractive village a couple of miles south of Newton Abbot, five miles fro m Torquay and only a few miles from the seaside villages of Shaldon and Teignmouth.
