Upton Farm Bed & Breakfast offers accommodation in a traditional thatched farmhouse, a short drive from the M5 at Cullompton, Devon. We are situated on a working organic dairy farm. We can sleep up to seven guests in four rooms: 1 double room, 1 double room with adjoining twin room, and 1 single room. We have a policy of only having one party staying at a time due to our shared bathroom. Guests have exclusive use of the large family bathroom, equipped with a bath and separate shower. We also have an additional separate toilet. There is a cosy downstairs guests sitting room with fireplace and television. Our double rooms have smart TV's and DVD players and a complimentary tea tray on arrival. Check in is from 11.30am and check out times can be flexible. Home-cooked breakfast is served in the farmhouse kitchen at a time convenient for our guests. Children are welcome and we can provide a cot and a highchair. Dogs may be accommodated by prior arrangement.
