Rose in Vale Cottage is a beautiful holiday home which effortlessly blends its unique cottage charm with a modern style throughout. Situated in the peaceful wooded hamlet of Mithian; this stunning area is home to a cosy traditional pub and a fine dining hotel restaurant. With flagstone floors and exposed stone walls, Rose in Vale Cottage is full of character. The kitchen comes well-equipped with modern amenities and even boasts underfloor heating. In the evenings gather round the dining table and tuck into home-cooked delights while keeping warm next to the inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove. After long days exploring Cornwall, come back and get cosy on in the snug; this comfortable sofa pulls out to a double bed. The cottage is not short of contemporary features, it has a stunning, architect designed extension which provides a study space as well as an additional sitting room with a second wood burning stove to compliment the already impressive accommodation. There is also a television in here, perfect for enjoying a family film night. The ground floor also has a useful utility room and cloakroom. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor; two king-size rooms and one cosy twin room. The master room is service by an en-suite shower room while the further rooms make use of the family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC. Outside are the beautiful, mature and well stocked gardens which remain in keeping with the local surroundings in Mithian. There is also a patio area with a barbecue for summer al fresco meals, along with a summer house at the top of the garden with table tennis table.
