We bought Headlands in June 2005 and since then, as our family has grown, we have made changes to the day to day running of Headlands, the facilities and services we are able to offer. All the changes have been made to try and balance our work/home life but have been made with our guests in mind to ensure that we remain true to our ethos of great value, clean and comfortable accommodation. All are rooms are ensuite and are equipped with everything you would expect to find in a modern guesthouse. We have superfast broadband to the door, so have excellent WiFi throughout the house. From July 2021, we no longer have any on site parking. There is unlimited parking on Avenue Road with additional parking available on Melvill Road and Gyllyngvase Road - both are only a couple of minutes from the guesthouse. Alternatively you can head to the Dell Car Park which offers long stay, off road parking at £8.50 a day and is approximately 200 metres from the guesthouse. All individual bookings made for 2021 will be on a room only basis - there is no option to book breakfast. Daily housekeeping is available as an optional extra at £5 per day. For group bookings please contact us direct - breakfast can be arranged if the whole house is booked.
