fforest farm has been created as a place to enjoy the simplicity, pleasures and beauty of outdoor living in an outstanding natural environment. fforest farm is 200 acres by the river Teifi gorge, next to the Teifi marshes nature reserve, minutes from the town of Cardigan and from the beautiful undiscovered beaches and coves of the West Wales coast. Most of our our accommodation is custom designed and built by us to ensure you get the best comfort, best views, best experience of the location. We combine ethically sourced materials, period pieces and local craft to create relaxed, comfortable and inspiring spaces for you to enjoy. During the school holidays we include breakfast daily in our lodge & also supper nights at least once a week. Throughout the year we have special events too, including our Spring & Winter Feast. Our on-site pub (seasonal opening) & cedar barrel sauna are the perfect places to chill-out after a hard day of exploring! We offer a wide range of accommodation types to suit everyone. Ty Fforest and the Crog lofts all have their own bathrooms, whilst our tented accommodation use our beautiful cedar wood shower block, just a short walk from all accommodation types. Each tented accommodation sits on its own raised deck area with private outdoor kitchen & all of the basics provided to cook simple meals. Ty Fforest is our luxurious, renovated Georgian farmhouse that sleeps 14 people in 5 bedrooms. Our Crog Lofts are converted crofter's cottages. We have four of these each sleeping 4 people. The Geodesic Domes made famous at fforest have the luxury of a king size bed & wood-burning stove with spectacular views across the countryside. We have nine of these each sleeping up to 4 people. Our Kata Cabins combine solid wood sides with a canvas tipi top, LED lighting & USB charging points in each beds' dock. We have five of these each sleeping up to 5 people. The Bell Tents are a lovely, simple canvas structure with wood-burning stove. We have three of these, each sleeping up to 4 people. For larger groups or two families we have our Campshacks with two sleeping areas & a large, central kitchen & dining area with a wood-burning stove & 3 point power socket. Our accommodation has featured on BBC and S4C, Conde Nast Traveler, BBC Good Food magazine and in a national Visit Wales TV & cinema ad campaign. We also came runner-up in the National Geographic 'Big Sleep Awards' in the 'Happy Glamper' category 2017
