Le HatchThe hatch is a restaurant operating within Dover Christ Church Academy. It will be opening on the first Thursday of the month offering à la carte food at a competitive price. It is managed by professional chef and teacher Mr Carswell, who has over 25 years’ experience within the hospitality industry. Dover Christ Church runs a chef’s academy where students can study up to a Level 2 BTEC Extended Diploma in Professional Cookery. . The menu will change on a month basis and should suit all needs, there will be a 3 course option for £12, or starters and puddings starting at £3.00 each, main courses are from £7. As you will see from our menu we offer a wide selection of freshly cooked dishes at an attractive price owing to reduced overheads. We offer soft and hot drinks from only £1, but if you fancy some a little stronger after a busy day, please bring your own wine to complement your meal, we will not charge you any corkage and glasses will be ready on your
