Under new ownership since 22nd June 2018 an extensive programme of upgrades and refurbishment is under way ... this is being carried out without inconveniencing any guest stays. Ideally placed to explore the Borders region and competitively priced, the owners and staff assure you of a warm welcome and their very best attention at all times.
