About
The Old Thistle Inn has been around since 1721, a wee pub full of character in the hamlet of Westruther in the Scottish Borders. It is kept cosy with an open bar fire and Multi fuel stove in one of the three dining areas. We offer a menu to suit everyone but are known for cooking a great steak. We work on a part-time basis but are flexible and open when needed. Always a great welcome and a desire to make your visit memorable.
