Join us for our most hands-on, in-depth gin experience at Crossbill Distillery in the legendary Barras in Glasgow’s East End. You will learn about gin and its history, before being taken on a tutored tasting of our Crossbill range. Our distiller will then help you select your own botanicals and distil these in a copper pot still. Finally, you bottle, label, and wax seal your unique creation to take away and enjoy.
