At Maki and Ramen we have been offering an abundance of gastronomic Japanese delights since 2015. Our famous bowls of ramen is our customers’ first choice when it comes to slurping. An oasis of simplicity, umami rich flavours and fresh ingredients, a true ramentic experience. You will be warmly welcomed with a loud Irrashaimase when you are entered in return you will leave colourful sticky notes on our walls with a secret message. We very much enjoy reading all of your messages! Have you ever left us a note? Our key to success? Producing our own 8 hour slow cooked broth and our own homemade noodles in our Edinburgh’s factory.
