We produce the finest Gelato in Lincolnshire, and that says it all. The word "Gelato" literally translates to "Ice-cream" from Italian, which often leads to confusion. Although both are frozen dairy desserts served on cones, that's where the similarities end. Gelato is distinct in that it is made exclusively with natural ingredients, such as fresh strawberries and lemons, added to milk or water for dairy-free options. Gelato's ingredients are entirely natural, not synthetic. Each component of gelato adds to its nutritional value. The name "gelato" implies adherence to specific standards: it must be freshly made using only the finest natural ingredients. We commit to these standards without compromise. Anything less does not deserve the name gelato. To truly understand, one must taste it—because to taste our gelato is to believe.
