Very much a family orientated public house. Dog friendly too. Large enclosed beer garden, car parking, pool table, darts, baby changing fascilities, various menus. Catering to vegetarians, vegans and gluten free meals. Proper home cooked freshly made to order meals. Also available is a meal service offered of daily meals freshly made for those who are unable to get out from their homes. All desserts are home made. Weekly pool, darts & dominoes matches. Guest ales, cider and cask ale festivals... Baby showers, weddings, wakes, birthdays, hen parties, stag parties, christenings, anniversaries or just a good ol knees up. In general a good hearted pub with a lot of character. Friendly atmosphere, friendly staff and friendly locals too.
