Operating with the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, The Lakeside Restaurant prides itself on producing seasonally influenced dishes, fresh to order. We provide a blend of classic cuisine with modern innovations that incorporate flavours from around the globe. The Lakeside Restaurant offers an incredible and unique learning opportunity to our students, it is also an important amenity within our local community. The Lakeside can accommodate up to 80 customers who will receive an A ‘LA Carte service from our International Hospitality Management students. Whilst dining on top quality food, designed, and created by our Excellent head chef and contributions from the students, and offered at reasonable prices. During the semester time our students, under the expert guidance of the Lakeside professional team, prepare, produce, and serve a set menu and finish in April by creating a themed menu and drink.
