Laneside is a family home in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Set in picturesque Glaisdale our fully ensuite private bed and breakfast room, Meadowsweet, has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a breathtaking setting. Painted in pearl grey with colourful accents such as meadow inspired fabric blinds and warm wood tones it's the perfect place to relax. We want guests to feel comfortable during their stay so it was a priority to us to ensure there was space to make drinks and prepare a light breakfast with in room access to a fridge, kettle and toaster. You'll find wine glasses and a bottle opener in the room as well as cutlery, crockery and water glasses. Meadowsweet has views across all aspects of the surrounding valley. Guests can enjoy outdoor spaces including the garth, a gated parcel of land set to the front of the property. There is a bench to sit, relax and enjoy the wonderful countryside views. We provide local bread, butter, preserves and yogurts in the room for a self service breakfast alongside tea and coffee. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and 40 inch tv with freesat box, Egyptian cotton bath sheets and handtowels. Glaisdale is a small village within the Esk Valley approximately 20 minutes from Whitby. We are lucky to be sited within the stunning North Yorkshire Moors National Park benefitting from landscapes spanning moorland, dale, forest and coast.
