The ground floor features a generous well equipped living room with the comfy sofas for relaxing on after a day out exploring medieval Rye on your doorstep. The open plan kitchen and dining room looks out onto the enclosed garden. A perfect combination for entertaining. The first floor comprises a good sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and the third bedroom has a double all complemented by a family bathroom. The Beach House is just a short walk to the epic beach at Camber Sands and a short stroll from the award winning restaurant The Gallivant. You can easily take advantage of the nearby beaches and hiking trails, or make a visit to the many castles or historic sites here in 1066 Country. There are also plenty of casual and fine-dining restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket down the road if you choose to cook. The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of cooking gear, appliances, a fridge freezer refrigerator, toaster, oven and dishwasher.
