Our cookery school offers relaxed classes, using sustainable fish, foraged or local ingredients and seasonal game in Rye, East Sussex, led by chef and restaurateur Paul Webbe. In 2009 Paul Webbe launched his own Cookery School, Webbe's Cookery School. From cooking shellfish to preparing game, to specialist courses for private home cooks and corporate team building activity days there are courses to suit everyone's needs and abilities. Located on the 3rd floor of our restaurant, the Fish Cafe, the cookery school encompasses a purpose built teaching kitchen and dining area. Your day is hands on under the close supervision of Paul Webbe who will shares with you his knowledge and passion for food.
