A delightful, 1st floor flat (with lift), on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the harbour. This cosy bolt hole is also in a perfect location for the local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. There is a choice of several excellent, safe beaches within easy walking distance and as you won't need a car there are also easily accessible, reasonably priced car parks nearby (e.g. £20/week). The railway station is also only about 10 minutes walk. The accommodation comprises of an entrance hallway leading to a living area - lounge and kitchen/diner. Off the hallway are the two bedrooms and modern bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom a 4' bed suitable for two children or an adult and child. The bathroom has a bath/shower, w/c and hand basin. Other amenities include high speed broadband, a flat screen TV with free view and a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with the usual mod cons.
