Whitesands Camping® is the only campsite next to the beautiful Whitesands Beach. The atmosphere is welcoming, laid-back, friendly and focused on the beach next door. From the comfort of your pitch: choose the best waves, go for a swim, explore the rock pools and experience the magic of a Whitesands sunset - no driving involved (or £6 beach car park fees). Pitches for tents, trailer tents, campervans and motorhomes. Newly built Shower and Toilet Block (August 2020). Wi-Fi available on site. Card payments preferred. Chemical waste point for motorhomes. Water taps dotted about the site. Hook-ups on main site. There’s no booking system for pitches or hook-ups, so it's a case of checking the Tariff page updates on the website and "turn up on the day"; report to the office, buy some shower tokens and make the most of the sunshine. Stay as long as you wish (most stay longer). Surf hire and lessons on site, ice cream & beach chairs nearby, cafe next door in beach car park. Between May-September: dogs are banned from the beach (but well-behaved owners and their dogs are allowed on the site, and Porthsele and Porth Melgan beaches are a short walk along the coast, without restrictions); next to the campsite a bus takes you to St Davids (2 miles away); and Lifeguards man the beach. Our rates are among the lowerst in the area. So, if you want to camp and relax next to an amazing beach, without fuss, at reasonable cost, then this is definitely for you.
