Please note, Mistrychef is run as a hobby alongside my full time job as a Teaching Assistant, hence only booking 1-2 classes a month. Quality over quantity for me! Indian Cookery classes for children adults and children from age 10. A home based cookery school based in Aylesbury, Bucks. Learn how to make simple, delicious, fresh Indian food. My ethos is to encourage young & old to cook from scratch and to veer away from processed foods. There is a worrying surge in diet related diseases, society is opting for 'convenience' at the cost of their health. Cooking from scratch is a diminishing skill. It is the ONLY way to have complete control of sugars, fats and salts you consume. My clients leave with the confidence to go away and recreate dishes, therefore reducing the need for processed foods/takeaways. Simplicity is key. These are private cooking classes, the session is exclusively yours or with a plus one. Everything in moderation I say, however, prevention is better than cure.
