These luxurious, 5 star hideaways sit right on the beach on Tresco’s west coast, enjoying some of the best views on the island. Built on the site of a World War One flying boat station, the twelve contemporary, New England-style beach houses each sleep between 6 and 10 people. From your beachfront terrace, sitting room or master bedroom, gaze out across New Grimsby Harbour to the neighbouring island of Bryher and the distant Bishop Rock lighthouse way out to the west. If you’re not content with just looking at the view, many of the cottages enjoy direct beach access to Farm Beach. Inside, the cottages are beautifully appointed with spacious, open plan living areas, wood burning stoves, wooden flooring and artwork by some of Cornwall’s most renowned artists. Guests also enjoy access to the adjacent Tresco Island Spa facilities.
