Nestled at the end of the Burstwick Country Golf Club, hence its 19th name, this new restaurant aims to dispel any stuffy notions of elitist golf club dining – and is forging a new reputation as a modern, vibrant dining experience for all. This family-run restaurant opened its doors in April and aims to provide modern, tempting cuisine in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The plush decor, leather upholstery and hearty oak furniture lend the restaurant an air of sturdy, un-fussy grandeur, ideal for a date night meal for two or for a full family outing. Serving food throughout the week during lunchtime, the full traditional Sunday lunch on Sundays, and evening dining from Wednesday to Saturday, Nineteen’s three chefs pride themselves on delivering good, honest, tasty fare.
