Welcome to Hull’s oldest dwelling. A traditional ‘No-Nonsense’ Yorkshire welcome awaits you at Ye Olde House, a café-bar. This might include the odd sarcasm or witnessing the owners exchanging sibling pleasantries. The rest of the staff are lovely and combined with the building, you’ll find a truly unique ambience. Open seven days a week providing refreshments, and a light menu of fresh food offerings right through until 9 pm. Take-away or sit-in; tea, coffee, breakfast and lunch menus are on offer during the week from 08.30 am. The fully licensed bar begins at Noon. Don’t ask for alcohol before then or you’ll get a traditional Yorkshire sarcastic reply. To ensure you enjoy your visit, you’ll be offered a choice of tasty temptations to eat and an array of drinks, from hot beverages and soft drinks to an extensive wine list with something to suit everyone’s taste.
