Ozzy's Fine Dining Restaurant
About
A bit about me... I started cooking as a street vendor on the streets of Kurdistan, northern Iraq. I then moved to Baghdad where I worked in a restaurant specialising in Iraqi cuisine. This is where I learned to cook two of my specialty dishes, Mixed Biryani and Mediterranean Barbecue. I then lived in Lebanon, where I learned Meze and seafood dishes before moving to France where I learned the art of pastry and bakery. I have lived in the Highlands of Scotland since the year 2000 and have worked in many great restaurants and hotels. I have also done outside catering including weddings, functions, events and dinner parties. Since coming to Scotland I have learned to cook all the Scottish favourites including Cullen Skink, possibly the world's finest fish soup, stovies & oatcakes and my personal favourite Haggis Pakora.
