The Workshop is home to Ruth Black - a textile artist designing and making clothing and accessories using Scottish fabrics such as Tartan and Harris Tweed. Ruth uses a variety of textile techniques such as sewing, weaving, feltmaking, embroidery and silk painting. You can watch Ruth at work and browse the small shop. A hidden gem in the heart of the Highlands where you can buy authentic Scottish products. Please email or phone to ensure I will be there - I might be on holiday or otherwise occupied. If the door is open you are welcome to come in.
